How do I send my film to you?

Package your film safely in a well padded box. We recommend you use the Post Office's Special Delivery service as this allows you to track your parcel and can provide a next day delivery guarantee. As soon as we receive your package we will send you a confirmation e-mail detailing the contents.

Do you offer a collection/delivery service?

We can offer a personal collection and delivery service provided you live within a 40 mile radius of our production studios here in Grantham. There is a charge for this service based on fuel prices and distance and this can be included in your fixed price quotation.

How long does it all take?

Depending on the service selected you should allow up to 21 days from acknowledgement of receipt of your package. With every order we will provide an anticipated completion date.

What format are your DVDs?

Our DVDs are PAL discs (the U.K. standard) and should be played on PAL-compatible players. They are encoded "region free" on DVD-R discs.

When can I order additional copies?

Additional copies can be requested on the initial order but we do retain a copy of your completed DVD for up to 12 months should you decide to order further copies at a later date.
